Re: Pupppy on holiday
They can go on the Underground, no problem, the coach me thinks is a different matter, it is down to the personal driver, I work for the Railways and some of the coaches we use, some of the drivers will and some point blank refuse, not much help really im afraid, unless there is some way of pre asking he driver...

I know everything about normal trains, she is welcome on any normal train, free of charge, some guards may moan about her being on the seats, but that's only one or two jobs worth's, but no she will be fine on trains, maybe the way to go, if you book a ticket well in advance you can get some really good deals, hope this helps.....

Re: Pupppy on holiday
Take a sick bag or if possible feed her at her destination, just to prevent her being travel sick.

What about the nearly 3 hour train journey for a 9 week old puppy?

Re: Pupppy on holiday
I'd take something she can sleep in, as well as puppy pads in case she needs to go to the toilet. She'l be fine on the train, and she should be ok on the coach cos dogs are allowed to travel on public transport. Especially as she is so small, you'll be carrying her so she won't be any trouble.

The only problem is that Coaches are not actually Public Transport........

Re: Pupppy on holiday
Personally its not something I would do or advise. She hasn't had her full jabs yet and it will be very stressfull for a 9 week puppy. I think travel like that should wait till she is older. Only my opinion though Xx

if the travel companys are ok with it, and you dont have a car sick dog i would personally not see a problem with it.
