Hi ya Naomi, Diode is an interesting name. I guess you need to call it out loud and see how it sounds and if your little one responds to it

It's definitely unusual, which is great! As Ian said, see how it feels when you call the name. A name is essentially a command - used to get a dogs attention. As sit, down, heel are easy to use as they're only one syllable, I tend to stick to the same with names Biscuit was already named when I adopted her, but we mostly call her "Bug"
