Bruce is starting to stick up for him self.
Bruce is just over 9 month and has allways been a softey.
He his well socalize and goes to obediance classes.
So i took him for his walk tonight and we bump into a border terrier
And he tries to dominate bruce but from out of no were he snarls and pushes the border to the floor
And they were face 2 face growling at each other.
I quickly moved bruce away give him a big NO
He calmed down then they were fine together.
Is this somthing i need to worry about are is it just tit for tat.
Thanks

Re: Bruce is starting to stick up for him self.
I wouldn't worry too much it sounds like Bruce was just telling the dog to back off. You did the right thing by moving him away though as these things can escalate quickly but yeah, the dog got in his face and Bruce was just saying "get away from me" in the only way dogs can. Imagine if you were walking down the street and someone you don't know jumps on your back or walks right up to you with their face in yours it would make you uncomfortable and you would probably tell them to go away right? That's what Bruce did . Just keep doing what you did and move him away if it happens again but don't worry too much
