HELP !!!

Right bailey has been a lil bugger today i came dwn stairs and he ha chewed a sponge (i use to clean bathroom) with help from my springer !! There was alot of sponge on floor so it cleaned up!!! Then when he was in garden he found a wee dead bird !!! Thats he was carrying around so that got taken off him !!! He has been his usual bouncy self until bout hr ago his poo is like water and he has been sick ( looks like sausages) aroung 7 times he still wants to eat and drink but im not giving him food if he is gna puke it up but he is still drinking !!! He is currently sleeping on my knee !! Now cud he poisoned off spong ?? A piece if sponge he may be swallowed causing probs?? Caught summit off the bird !!! What wud u guys do ??

Was the sponge clean or did it have cleaning fluid on it? How much sponge did he eat? Is he still comfortable now?

It was used to clean bathroom with flash bathroom spray i normally rinse them out before putting them behind the toilet so hopefully there wasnt loads on it cud not tell u if he ate any sponge as they had ripped it in to a million tiny pieces he just woke up and went outside and was sick he is sleeping again on my knee

Just monitor him and maybe make an appointment asap in the morning being a Saturday they could be busy Xx you can always cancel if its late afternoon. Is he drinking? x

Yeah still drinking hes went really skinng but i think its cause he is being sick

I would just keep an eye on him for now. I would'nt give him any food but give him water. He may pass any sponge he swallowed tomorrow. He may have picked up a germ from the bird also.  Try and see your vet tomorrow. Bailey is still very young so best to be on the safe side

He is absoluty fine holding dwn food nd not got the runs and bak to his annoying self thnk god wudnt hav him anyother way !!

That's good to hear. They can be little tinkers at times, but we still love em
