non barking beau

hi all beaus 8 months old now and havernt heard here bark yet im not complaining just wondered if any of you have this with your dogs beacuse our old dog use to let us no if any one was at the door with beau she just jumps up the settee and waggles her tail we no theres someone at the door!

How odd, I know Rocky was with us for a few days before we heard him bark, maybe mention it to the vet next time you are in, there may be an underlying issue

Flo doesn't bark !... Well, apart from when we go to the new toy box and then she really lets rip.

Our old dog never barked unless I was winding him up. Theia is as yappy as a lap dog so far but just when she wants to play.

'Lady' doesn't bark when someone comes to the front door ..
she just runs to the door and waits quietly

she only barks when she wants to say 'hello' to a human she knows
or at me when she wants to engage in 'playtime'
haven't heard her bark at other dogs or strangers

she did once bark at her own bark-echo :-)
she was playing with me outside at the time

Meg hardly barks either. Lets out the occasional 'Boff Boff' when someone comes to the house. Never barks when the other dogs on the neighbourhood are at it. Only barks at the shovel or the garden rake!

Biscuit only barks to warn me about something, or when she's feeling threatened (at men/dogs/loud noises) other than that she just makes piggy noises when she's happy

Yep Moo very seldom barks unless something unnerves her - usually at 4am in the morning! Xx

Katy barks for playtime, when someone dares go up our lane, when postie comes, when neighbours dog barks & basically at any strange noise   

I had snoop for over 12 years and he never barked. Lula on the other hand seems to want everyone to know she there

We had Alfie (rescue) for several months before we heard him bark! Never does at the door, only things he barks at are bees and the juvenile blackbird that cheeps at him on purpose from the trees!

Loki only barks when hes playing or at the cat...aha

hes getting very naughty seems to do anything he wants doesnt matter what we do or say.
