Getting a 2nd dog!

I have previously posted and now decided to get a female to go with my boy! Would like some opinions and guidance on the best ways to do this ????

i was advised to wait a year after adopting my first staffy (willow) and to get a male so we did that and when (chester) turned up as an abandoned pup who was being fostered we took willow to meet him and they got on just fine! i did use a crate to begin with for chester as didnt want any issues when we were out and they were left alone together they now 2 years on sleep in the same bed and on the whole get along just fine have had a few issues along the way but they are definetly company for each other when i have to work and im very glad i adopted another staffy!
