Behaviour during first season

I think Thistle has started her season, her butterfly is rather swollen, she has been behaving very strange, even stranger now, whining, rushing about like a maniac, not eating her food, very discombobulated, pretty sure it's her season, but she seems so confused and also irritable, is there anything I can do to calm her down, she's incredibly sensitive at the best of times, I was wondering about non alcohol based Valerium? any suggestions or do we just have to ride it out? Thanks

Definitely sounds like her season is imminent, have you tried dap spray or plug in I find useful for calming darcy during stressful situations
