What to put on id tag.

Poppy is micro-chipped and i want to get her an id tag. What is the best thing to put on it?

We have our name, address, telephone number on one side then I'm chipped on the other

Rocky has 2 dog tags. On one it states Microchipped Please Scan Me along with our mobile numbers and home number. On the other is the Pet 24 helpline number with his ID number. We don't have his name on either.

Without looking to remind me, I think what's on Dempsey's tag is our surname, house number & postcode & phone number.

Romans just says "Roman" on one side (I know a lot chose not to put the dogs name on though) and "I'm Micro-Chipped" on the other side

Found what the law requires.
The Control of Dogs Order 1992 states that ‘any dog in a public
place should wear the name and address of the owner either
inscribed on the collar or a name plate or disc attached to it’
