At nine weeks can we start walking Tip? She thinks when we put on her leash it means fun and I want her to keep thinking its fun. She only had two I-do-not-want-to-go-the-way you are going moments but we used toys to get her going in the direction we were going in  

Also if I put a bit of pet mince or chicken in with her kibble am I making a mistake? We have always been feeding kibble only but little miss Tip is a picky eater.

She can start going on walks when she's had her second lot of vaccinations, and it's recommended you wait about a week after those too.

It's best to take your vets advice re- when she's covered through her vaccinations to be walked you can get her used to the collar and lead though. A bit of mince or chicken will be fine
