Milly really shocked me this afternoon, I got both dogs a bone from the butchers. They were both quiet with them and Lady got up and wondered over to Milly to sniff her bone. Milly really lost it she looked like a demon dog, I have never seen her like that before and to be honest it scared me a bit and really scared Lady. I went over and she let me take the bone no problem so I told her no and took the bone away for 5 mins but I don't know if that was the right or wrong thing to do. I really don't want her doing that again because they normally just share bones so she has never been like that before.

My 2 dogs get funny with eachother when they have a bone too. Both let me take it away fine though so I'm not too worried. I just watch them very closely if they have bones now.

It's a very common thing with bones. You did the right thing, and I think in future you should feed them bones seperately.

Some dogs, while never worrying about humans taking bones from them, will take great exception to dogs doing the same.
