Not sure about this.....
Bruno my puppy has been chasing his tail a lot then proceeds to bite his member whilst doing humping actions, he has bit and stretched his member that bad it has scratch marks, is he fruity or could he just be inquisitive?

You should put a stop to the behaviour anytime you see it. He could end up hurting himself.

He's just exploring his bits n pieces, try distracting him with a toy when he does it.

Yes, distraction is best or it'll end up a habit & he'll hurt himself.

Bruno, you little freak every time he does it, distract him and play with him for a bit or do some training, something to stop him.

I believe Staffies are renowned for chasing thir tails. Tommy used to do it quite often and the kids thought it was hilarious. But as others have said just try and get his attention on something else when he does it. Grab a toy and play with him for a bit, he'll soon forget his tail
