Or Debo wants me to think that so when I put my guards down he will do the great escape We still on the basic,even brought back treats on the walks. He's doing great. Before letting him off the lead,ask him to sit,wait,take the lead off,give him treat and on "ok" he can go. So he knows from the start that' s worth it to come back to me . When I see someone or a dog ask him to sit wait,grab his collar and treat. Now we trying him to come to my left side when called. He's getting there,just have to show him to pass me on my right first. Today my OH said he wants to have a try,that was the first time he did training outside. He said it wasn't perfect that he had to call Debo few time before he came. OH sounded disappointed. I told him that it worked because Debo came in the end. Next time will be better,right? And maybe Debo is not use to him doing that,that's why he played with my OH a bit. But over all would give him 8.

Sounds like Debo is doing well. Keep at the training you will get there, just need to keep practicing. Dont be disappointed with him and an 8 sounds good to me

Good work. Moo reacts to people differently with regards to her training, my friend who has her has know chance in keeping her attention as she sees him as a play mate.

The dog obviously knows who is taking them for a walk. Miley is getting better on recall but when the wife has taken her out today she only came back 4 out of 10 times...... not so good but when i take her out she comes back more often strange!!

Oh, I'm proud of him . My OH thinks that if something doesn't happen first time it won't happen. He want result now, he's such a child. Some times I feel like trainnig to puppier.

Debo's doing really great, so well done to him and well done to you both it just takes time to perfect things.

I knew that Debo is going to be little rascal as soon as we left for a walk this morning. He pulled, nose low sniffing something, when we got close to our off lead spot he pulled even more and start whinning. My OH said it could be because Debo could sensed dog in season. I knew I can't trust him today. But off the lead he went. Recall was good untill he spotted a dog. I should have put him on lead when he reacted on my command but trusted him to much. Well my fault,lesson learnt. He run to that dog, I after him. The lady owner grabed her dog by collar then I thought I'm in trouble. But she was really nice about and even said that she's really sorry but her dog doesn't like other dogs.
