i read a lot about staffy before buy mi MAX what i don't understand is why on the internet say that staffy can have weight between 14-17 kg ?mi staffy have 5 months old and his weight is 15 kg:))i think that at the age of 1 or 2 years will have 25 kg maybe more...the vet told hid fine is a big boy:)) tell me yours staffy was same like mi MAX... thx all

Moo is 23kg but she is carrying a bit of extra weight atm. I wouldn't worry at all

It really depends on whether you want to show your dog in dog shows, or just have him as a pet.

If you want to show him, he will very likely be too big, but if he's just a pet then it doesn't really matter what size he is! He'll certainly be a big boy, but at a guess I would say that he isn't a pure stafford.

So long as he is healthy and happy and well exercised what does it matter. Enjoy the time you spend with him.

My Lily is nearly 25kg and she is pure Stafford (she is big boned lol). Whereas Lola is 15kg which is spot on.

is pure staff i see his parents,,and the vet also told me is pure,i dont take him to any shows is just my baby with big bones:))

my girl is approx 17kg and over 2 years old , my boy is 13-14kg and just over 6 months, I will guess around 19-20 at full size

Lily is my big baby too. She is too tall and fat to show as she is not breed standard. this makes no difference as she is my Princess

Some of them are just bigger. Since you aren't going to show him it's not a problem

Rolo was a big pup.. he's now just coming up 12 months and already at 23kgs... we only enter local village shows, love him for him... we get told all the time he's to big, but it doesn't bother me, we won't be breeding him he's pure family pet And Max looks a very hansom young man

nearly 4 months a 8.5kg
am told he will be very big but i don't agree.
maybe standard size 14-18kg
