feeding Bella
Morning Guys
Bella had been great with her food but for the last 2 days she dont want to eat that much, i feed her dry food and put 1 sardine with it at first she loved it but just lately she has a bit then leaves it, I feed kai dry food adult and Bella had puppy, but if she ges the chance she nicks his, Ive tried just without sardines and she just walks away, they are both on baker complete I know a lot of you dont agree with this food but I have tried others and they dont like them.
Also Bella is still pooing indoors not all the time, and this morning I caught her in the act told her no and out her in the garden, ps Im feeding Bella 3 times a day xx

Re: feeding Bella
Please change off Bakers, it really is full of rubbish. With toileting in the house, she is still young, keep going with the training, pop her outside and lots of praise.

It isn't so much that we don't agree with it - it's complete and utter rubbish & is no good for your dogs at all! In fact it's probably quite harmful, full of additives. Please, try something else. A fish based food might suit them better - I think Wainwrights do one & that's a fairly inexpensive food. I thought in a previous post that she was getting Wainwrights anyway?
I think Bella's still only about 14 weeks old, isn't she? Pups of that age still don't have full control over their bladder/bowels, so they'll have the odd accident. That's all it is, an accident, so just shoo her outside, clear it up & carry on as though nothings happened. She'll get there.

I would echo the advice from Caryll above, Bakers is full of additives and all sorts of rubbish.

Re: feeding Bella
Bakers is crap, seriously you will see a huge difference if you change in your dog's behaviour and health. A lot of people cut out the third meal a day as the pup gets older, most pups stop needing to eat so frequently so it makes sense to give her two meals a day so she doesn't pick at them.

Re: feeding Bella
It really is. Imagine a young child fed totally on McDonald's and cheap fizzy drinks & you'll be somewhere near Bakers.
Awful stuff.
