Re: Best Squeeky toy
I can't use squeeky toys with Dempsey because he shreds them & eats them in about 30 seconds.
Having said that, anything with a nice loud squeek would do the job. Why not take her to the pet shop & see what her reaction is to the various squeeks?
Make sure you only use it for her recall so that it becomes a really high value toy.

Have you thought about using clicker training for her, the link below may help to get you started. There are books out there, have a look on Amazon for one if you are interested:

Squeaky toy, I'm sure any Pet Store sells something that squeaks that you could go in and try (drive the colleagues crazy).
Or clicker.
Or whistle - I use a whistle with Boo, only thing that snaps her out of rabbit hunting mode!
Or you could try the kong squeaky balls. Then when she comes back you could reward her with a game of fetch?

I just whistle to get Moo back, like Carylls Dempsy Moo destroys the toy and gets the squeaker out

Yes I find it really effective as it's not an everyday noise. The only problem is, when somebody else has a whistle...
Lots of treats come in handy!
