so proud of Bella :)))))))))
This morning at 8 oclock me and hubby took Bella and Kai over the park.............
It was a lovely walk and I really enjoyed it so did hubby
We let Bella and Kai off the lead it was the first time for Bella and they both shot off lol,.......... Bella was following Kai everywhere.............. Then he shot off after another dog which was right over the other side of the field, whqt did Bella do she just looked around and me and hubby and come running back and sat at my feet,I gave her a treat.
Kai well thats another story, Do you think he'd come back little so and so, he did eventually, but the poor dog owner picked her dog up soooooooooooooo quick, if you have seen the piccys of Kai he is like a little shetland pony.
So we put him back on the lead and walked, Bella she just ran off in front for a bit but always came back when we called her and sat by our feet or when she got a bit tired was walking to heel right next to our legs,. Im so proud of her not really trained her to be honest she just knew.
Kai I was thinking about getting him a long training lead.......... and teaching recall, cos when he sees another dog he just wants to go and say heelo, but completely ignores me or hubby, What do u think guys
sorry for the long post just sooooooooooo proud

A long training lead can be very useful for teaching recall as I have found out myself. They do give your dog freedom to have a run around and the peace of mind for you knowing he can be reeled in when needed. Treats also help with recall just try to make yourself the most interesting thing in the park.

Bless Bella ! Good job x
Training line is a great idea, I use a 30ft line for my girl Diesel cause when she sees another dog it's almost like she goes deaf !!
Shes dog friendly but she's such a lump ! And will cry n moan.
My boy however dosent give a rats backside if there's dogs or ppl around, he's so chilled !
So yea, I'd go with the long line x
