Do you have pet insurance?

hi guys

amongst everything else going on, i was advised to consider pet insurance for my RSPCA rescue pup

i was just wondering what the general consensus is... is it worth it, or do you deal with fees if and when they occur?

I think it depends on the vet you are with. Some take payment up front, and some deal with insurance directly. It would be worth asking your vet

Yes insurance in my eyes is a must, if you decide against it make sure you have 1000's + in the bank for any emergancy. I know people who have never had it and never needed it but I'm not in a position to shell out if the unthinkable ever happened. Xx

i have pet insurance for my dogs if you shop around its not to expensive males seem to be more and most u pay an excess of around £75, my last dog had his leg broken by another dog at that cost thousands thankfully i had him insured too!

I think pet insurance is a must as well. Vet bills can become quite expensive if there is a serious issue or emergency. The earlier the better as well because they likely won't cover any prexisting conditions
