enough food
Could anyone advise me on how much food to be feeding. Vinnie is now 19 weeks old and he has half a frozen square of tripe thawed in the morning, raw bone at midday, and half of fozen square of either chicken and heart or lamb thawed at teatime. He now weighs just over 12 kilo .

Re: enough food
We feed Vlad 3 times a day (he will go to 2 feeds at 6 months). Currently he has an adult large Kong filled with dry food (Eukanuba) and 2 dry biscuit bones for breakfast, he has raw kangaroo mince and a handful of dry food for lunch and 2 scrambled eggs for dinner. His last visit to the vet he was told how healthy he is and he has a lovely shiny coat. He weighs about 16Kg now.

Re: enough food
If he's healthy, with a shiny coat, bright eyes & you can feel his ribs but not see them, then you're feeding him right!
He'll let you know when he needs to go down to 2 feeds a day. Then you'll need to decide whether to keep him on two for life, or cut down to 1 meal at about 12 - 18 months old.
