Surprised Nocturnal

Zaya has gotten in the BAD BAD habit of not sleeping lately....(well at night) she roams the room. sits and watches us sleep. licks us. gets in our face...im going on 3 days no sleep, she is just like a kid...lol Laughing

Suki went through a phase like this as well. Try to exercise her right before bed and it should tire her out enough to sleep.

Or crate training, not done it myself but you do need a goods night sleep Smile could be very benificial Xx

i agree with the exercise. like a baby she needs to turn her baody clock back round so she is tired at night. try to keep her occupied a little more so she is awake more during the day and then that good final burst before bed and you should see a result in a few days. bless her. Lemmy got used to having just the one good hour or 2 nap on an afternoon so he is always tired by about 8 then sleeps 10 hours straight. like i said theyre like babies Laughing

she gets a ton of excersise i try and keep her awake during the day as much as possible....but i dont know whats gotten into her....=(

I have started putting her in her kennel when i feel its gonna be a long night.....we will see how it goes she is about to get fixed so maybe that will slow her down a bit

Lavender oil! We use it on Vlad after someone on here recommended it and it is wonderful! It takes a few minutes, then he just crashes! Up side, him and his bedding smel lovely! Tongues
