What do these mean?

I'm looking at my pup's pedigree after his name it says (AM2), after his dads name it is (AH2) and his mum is (AK3). I haven't a clue what these letters/numbers mean though. Can anyone please enlighten me? Is it something to do with the pedigree papers?

If I remember rightly, they are the Breed Record Supplement issues that the dogs' registration appeared in.

The Breed Record Supplement is issued by the Kennel Club monthly and shows all the pups that have been registered with them, & includes the pup's name, sire, dam, date of birth, breed, colour & owner's name.
