Re: some help :/
Could be mites, or maybe an allergy to something. I take it there's nothing that she could rub her head on regularly? That could rub the hair off.
If you're concerned, a trip to the vets would probably be in order.

She may just be rubbing up against something but a trip to the vets never hurts if you are concerned.

Re: some help :/
our molly has a very small patch on her head which i questioned at the vets and he said could be abit of stress as we just rehomed her or teething, he says if it get worse there is some soap you could try on it but to be sure i would take him/her to the vets and get it checked

Re: some help :/
I don't want to disagree with vets, but it doesn't look like fleas to me - have you seen any sign of them?
I do agree with them, though, that the flea treatments you buy at the pet shops aren't always very good.

Re: some help :/
Looks to me like she's been rubbing her head on something. Not to make it painful. Just her way of laying in her basket perhaps? My Tara was the same. We ended up saying she had "go faster" stripes up her belly as she rubbed her fur off!
If this is the case, she may be too warm in her bed. If she's sweating she'll moult
Maybe remove some of her bedding and keep her away from radiators etc. See if it improves. It won't harm her

Re: some help :/
Even though you dont see fleas on the dog its the irritation and reaction that causes it to be like that but you would see it more so around its rear end it could be mites they like warm wet areas and could have travelled from her ears you can buy the best products on line and even in chemists and pet stores google advocate or stronghold and get the one for mites and fleas but if it goes any worse then maybe the vet will do skin scrape for you but im thinking its mites

Maybe she is alergic to something, other than it being like dandruff or like cradlecap
hope this helps
