Sky HD
Is it really that much better? My Sky plus box is slightly donalsed so I've order a new sky HD plus box whilst they are free, which is being fitted on Friday. Question 1 can you really tell the difference in the programmes ( yes I have a HD TV lol) and secondly we already have sky plus and a sky box upstairs on a multiroom subscription so will there be much for them to do?

Re: Sky HD
They will need to change the cable that runs from the dish to he box, but that's about it I think.
I love going to my parents and watching films or the footy in HD. So sharp!

You notice the picture quality more watching football, if you don't watch footy I wouldn't bother .

did you get HD jo ? you can tell the difference in quality, but not that many channels in HD, we have sky multiroom upstairs too, so bet they didnt need to do much work , only change your sky box downstairs. what do you think of it? i dont really reckon that much to it, as not many HD channels, so really a waste of an extra £10 a month for us, ive tried to cancel it but they wont let me, cos we have subscribed, we have to keep it for 12 months!!
