I really cant see the point

Right what is the point of these silly neon spray signs by council it does no good what so ever!! I think they would be better t make the effort and keep a watch out for these irresponsible owners. You can see by the pics it was sprayed one day and following day this sheer bloody ignorance!!

It does seem a waste of time/money if they're not going to enforce it!

If people aren't going to be bothered to read an ordinary sign (and act on it) they're not likely to rake any notice of a spray painted sign!

Aye, been there and done the same - couple of years ago some peeps took the pee 'cos I picked up my boys' turds and took them home; they think as we live in the sticks on doesn't matter.. don't get me wrong sometimes we all get caught out and to be honest I do struggle trying to cr*p into a bin bag when caught out so tend to walk along 'wiggling' a trouser leg until it rolls out...
