Fry up some chicken pieces in a bit of oil and soy sauce, when done put on a plate out of the way.
Cook up some egg noodles,i use the dry ones from asda, takes about 5 minutes. While they are cooking, get a stir fry veg pack and fry it in the same pan as you cooked the chicken.Add the chicken back to the frying pan, along with the cooked noodles and chuck in loads of soy sauce.Mix it all up for a few minutes so everything gets nicely covered in the soy and then nom, nom, nom!

cool ,

chicken fried rice ,,,

use tilda everyday rice , boil it till almost cooked then drain it well and leave in sieve for a few hours untill its dry ,, important its dry

fry chicken in a little oil and soy , set aside

get wok red hot , add in couple of beaten eggs cook out stirring continuously , then add rice and stir fry for 5 mins or so add frozen peas and spring onion cook for a couple mins then add a good splash of soy ,, bobs your uncle

really the key is tilda rice and leaving it to dry
