Is it just a White Staffy thing
I have spoken to a couple of White Staffy owners about the amount of hair they loose, they have all said theirs do, but mine is really bad, as soon as I have hoovered its back again, now his Brown hair does not come out, but if you stroke him the white does, he is brushed regular and bathed once a month, is there any way of even slowing it down, someone said giving him Tuna with the brine, but this does not work, it has been like this since he has been with me, any ideas appreciated

Do you think its just cause you notice the white hair rather than the brown? I know Moo's hair gets over everything

Re: Is it just a White Staffy thing
like janey said i think its more because white hair is so much more noticable .. Skye's hair is all over the place i take her up the top o the garden and brush her and its back again lol but thats dogs for ya .. Vinnie is black and he sheds just as much its just less noticable, i notice when i have him on my lap and i have a light coloured top on! lol.
The rolling things come in useful! lol! with the sticky pads on it lol

I think they all lose a lot of hair, it's just that the white shows up on EVERYTHING!!!
Please don't give tuna in brine, the brine is terribly bad for them. If you want to give tinned fish give them the ones in oil or tomata sauce.
A good supplement for their coats is a teaspoon of cod (or salmon) liver oil a couple of times a week either on its own or with their food.

Aswell as brine been bad for them it will make the coat terribly greasy! .. i always use sunflower oil in tuna when i treat vinnie, his like a shiney penny! lol
