Help - new puppy, circles (patches above eyes)

Hi there, can somebody please help me, we pick our gorgeous girl up in 2 weeks she has patches on her eyebrows which she has had since about 2 weeks old (one more noticeable than the other) i know alot of puppys have this and im pretty sure its normal but one of hers is worse than the other and now im unsure if its normal could it be mange? any other ideas? please let me know, a tad worried. we have fallen in love with her so much already. will try and add pics

Have you raised this concern with the breeder ?
