Bad weather forecast

Post by BlueStaffBlue on Thu Jun 16, 2011 8:47 am

All week it's been saying it's gonna be nice and it starts bloody raining. It's just started raining again angry

Then I realised for some reason my igoogle has reset itself. So if anyone is going to Algiers they will be pleased to know its going to be nice for the next 4 days with temps around 19 degrees

Think I prefared the little pics of the sun more. Might shut the curtains, put the heating on and sit in my shorts and change the forecast for somewhere like africa and just pretend I live in a hot country for a couple of days

Yeah Sad
Off to work now. Hanging £300 doors. So much easier if it's dry outside and I can cut them with space and just sweep up at the end. Trying to cut them while everyone is sat on the sofa watching TV and you have a table lamp stuck up your bum is a pain in the backside. (Ha ha didn't evn mean to do that pun)

Yeah wouldn't wanna carry me tools to the top floor of that building.
Can you ask him How many hinges should I nail on the door and what glue does he use to fix handles?

Not 100% sure what type you mean when you say sliding. If they are doors that slide open in the same way as automatic doors at a shop for example are normaly rubbish unless you get a really expensive roller.

New doors that have just come out that are at B&Q which have 3 doors all hinged to each other seem alright, not sure about firring on them not done them yet.

French Doors with 2 doors and a glass panel either side look really nice.

You fitting them yourself?

Yeah they look nice. Seem to be pretty smooth opening on them.
Post a before and after pic if you get them done. They don't seem to bad to fit if the opening is the correct size. I can imagine them being a bit of a pain if you have to make them say 2" smaller
