Pyometra Empty Pyometra

Post by Sazzle Mon Aug 04 2014, 20:26

My mums oldest dog sky, had to have an emergency spay today because she had developed pyometra, my mum is very upset but sky has made it through the operation, she is being kept in on a drip to flush out her kidneys, keep your fingers and paws crossed that she continues to recover well xx

I have attached a link for awareness of the condition, it is important to recognise the signs and get medical attention quickly as it can be fatal  Sad
