Last nights dinner club

Last night I made this (have done it a few times because it's lovely) but instead of Cheshire cheese I griddle some halloumi with chilli and I also roast peppers and mushrooms with the squash, I leave out the seeds too

These were pudding, ready made meringues I'm afraid but the raspberries are from my garden

my grandad back garden we had just about had everything in it from strawberys, raspberry, blueberry, gooseberry and so he and mum used to make wines, pies and jam and so on with it i love them all
