Post by staffy-lover89 on Tue Jun 07, 2011 7:39 pm

Has anybody else had this? .. Took skye for her jab's today and the vet suggested getting the vaccination for life plan .. Basically for those' who havnt hear of it for £99 the dog will be vaccinated yearly for life for one off price of £99 .. vaccinations in our vets are £40 anyway so i thought this is great!.
My vet is brilliant, i didnt have the full payment on me so told me no worrys il put it down and you can just pay half now half next time! Big Grin.
We will set vinnie up for it aswell in october when his due for his booster Smile

I have heard of it, Vets For Pets in Bedford do it, that is our old vet and oh my life they know how to charge but that's not why we moved vets, We moved to a vet near us, so if anything is seriously wrong we're not far from the vets Big Grin

But we' were going to take vaccination for life with our cats, but then we moved house and now as i say go to a vet rearer us and don't think that they do it there .

But it is a good deal Big Grin

Our friends puppy had a hurt paw, they were charging £14 just to change the bandage. But i suppose your paying for their time and experience at the end of the day, they want £63 for 2 injections and a health check for Bruno, Cant remember what we paid at our vets but it was cheaper than £63 Smile

Its amazing how they differ. Moo did her claw last christmas and they re-did the dressing for free about 5 times and gave me stuff to take cause of the bank holidays! I always insist on seeing the nurse when it comes to minor things. But for other things like her ear drops, compared to others there very pricey!

I couldnt believe it when our friend told us, because when our cat got spayed, they did the after care for free with the nurse.
