Little black dots on eyelid?

Hello I noticed casper has 2 little black dots on his right eye lid which I've never noticed before, he isn't scratching his eye or anything so not sure if its just a couple of moles or something??? Thanks

Are they new ? My pup has black in the same area but it's a thicker line, both eyes, actually looks like he's wearing eye-liner !! 
If the spots are new I'd get them checked out, and watch for any tell tale signs ie weeping eyes etc. Hope all is ok and it's just part of his make up

i would pop him along to your vets if your concerned just to be on the safe side and for peace of mind

It could possibly be a stye as dogs can get them too, please pop along to the vet for a check, I wouldn't take any chances with eyes.

It may also be some colour pigmentation starting to appear in his skin? When my parents got their Staff he was pure white...now he is covered in little black spots! His coat may change over time
