Please welcome 'Sky' to the forums..my new best friend

Hi everyone..

As you know its been a very hard week for me this week with the passing of my first puppy 'Tia' after only having her home for 4 days..

I decided right away that I want to get another and this is my story..

I phoned the breeder and informed them of the news, withing 2 hours they had pulled together and found a breeder local to them that had used the same Sire as they did for Tia... there were four 9 week and 2 day old little ladies who were obviously Tia's younger step sisters..

All Kennel club registered, full pedigree etc etc

He had 2 whites in the litter that from the photos was hoping one of them would be the one...within 2 mins of looking at them Sky found me and I was happy..

Getting another was never the issue, though possibly waiting until I had Tia's ashes back home with me..But how could I not take this opportunity. I feel very fortunate to be able to give a new puppy a happy and loving home while knowing she is Tia's younger step sister, keeping her memory alive.

Sky is a beaut..great look to her and is funny as hell, love her to bits...I need to get her jabs this week etc so the story can begin again for me.. She is 9 weeks 2 days and a healthy 5.2Kgs.

I hope Tia is looking down with a smile and I also hope I can give Sky the best life. So please say hi to 'Sky':

She is beautiful. Hard to resist flopsy ears, bright mischief filled eyes and their beautiful nose. Had that same "you are mine" feeling when I first laid eyes on Tip. Now the fun and hard work start for you two.
