If I am going out for the evening then I'll leave the TV on. It helps drown out any sounds from outside, cos Dixie would start barking if she heard soemthing and I don't want her upsetting the neighbours!

re leaving the tv/radio on
Skys a lucky dog as she is with me 99% of the time. However I always leave the tv on for her i think a little noise in the background is good for her instead of a lonley silence.

My boy just goes to sleep when we go out, so he doesn't get bored - hate to think what he's dreaming about, though!
