Just found out that Dempsey's little Bichon girlfriend died about 6 weeks ago.Sad  She had Cushings disease & although on medication, her organs were starting to fail, so the decision was made to end her suffering.

Dempsey was absolutely crazy about her and the man who owned her. The man is getting a puppy soon, though, a miniature schnauzer.

RIP sweet Gypsy, run free to Rainbow Bridge.

I saw the man today, and he was nearly in tears talking about her. He doted on her. She was a sweet little thing (I don't usually like samll dogs much) and Dempsey would squeak and get very hot under the collar when she was around.

I hope he'll accept the little pup when she comes.

RIP Gypsy. You'll be glad to know that a little pup will be coming along to fill the dog-shaped hole in your owner's life, although not the Gypsy-shaped hole because he'll never forget you, even though the pain will ease over time.
