we've already got him Kathy.picked him up last weekend he was off his mums milk eating solid puppy food.so we was told we could take him at 6 weeks.he's doing really well putting on loads of weight lol

That was seriously bad of the breeder! Of course he was on puppy food, but he should still have stayed with his siblings for another two weeks. 

Never mind, at least he's gone to a good home! 

He's adorable but yes 6 weeks is too early to leave mum.

we've never had a puppy off a breeder b4 only had them from r.s.p.c.a so we thought they knew what they were on about when they said he could go..he's doing really well we had him checked by a vet last week and was told he's a healthy happy pup

Glad he's ok, although you might have a bit more problem with the nipping/play biting because he's never learnt any bite inhibition from his siblings.
