Could anyone help, my 1 year old staff has itchy scabby ears, no infection mites or fleas and has settled down on royal canin.

Vet keeps giving me drops but its not working and is costly...

She also had a few scabs that fell off and now has two bald patches, she is happy and fine in herself gets lots of exercise and attention.

Im at my wits end, can anyone help please
