Anybody here do zumba classes?

Me and my mate are going for the first time tommrow and i just wondered if it is any good.Does look fun Tongues

Zumba is very big over here in Western Australia.. I would love to give it a whirl.. but I have a dicky knee due to no cartlige left in it, and am awaiting an operation on my knee ( as a public patient...gonna be a long wait .. zzzzzz............) Looks like a hoot that's for sure!

I'm not game enough to try it.......co-ordination is not my strong point, plus my body will probably still be wobbling well after the session is finished rolling on the floor

I do Zumba its so much fun gets the heart rate going I nearly paseed out after my first sesion but I am getting better at it. Our instructer says do what you can dont push yourself to much, and as long as its moving your losing lol. My mum is not very co-ordinated but she does it with me and my sister we spend half the sesion wetting ourselfs at my mum trying to salsa backward but going forward you would have to be there lol.

I would say go for it if not for the exercise the giggle is always good.

Well i didnt go today as i got raging toothache (stupid wisdom teeth),so im going next week instead.Im gonna get the zumba game bigwazza mentioned too,so i can fill in the gaps the other days of the week lol
