Here are a couple of pictures of Benny, the APBT/Shar Pei mix that I fostered in the fall/winter of 2009.
Benny and Bowie would often sleep together. In this picture I rudely woke Benny up with my flash, sorry!
Bowie grooming Benny. They were so sweet together. Bowie still misses Benny, I think.
Benny and I on a walk in the woods, it was a beautiful winter day!
What a handsome face! I think I miss his perma-pout most of all, haha!
I'll post up some more pictures of Benny (and some other pit friends of mine) later!

He was between 50 and 55 pounds, he was very tall and lean.
The shelter had a confidentiality policy, so we can't get updates from his new family, which is dumb. I wouldn't ever foster through them again.

thats crazy.. of course you would want to know how he is going!! what a stupid policy!!
thats like me with the darling staffy we tried to adopt last month.. all they will tell me is that he has gone to a new home..... I want to know all about it!! I want to know that he is with a wonderful loving family... but he could be anywhere ! GGRR!!....
Lets hope that both the boys are at their forever home and living a wonderful life!

50-55lbs.....he is a good size then
He is a gorgeous dog and has a lovely coat.

He's gorgeous same colour as my Blondy they got the same nose and muzzle as well lol he's very handsom good on you for fostering.

At 55lbs (25 kilos) he's right in the APBT weight standard (35-60lbs/15-27 kilos). He was a bit tall for the standard, though, which probably came from him being a quarter Shar Pei.
Surprisingly, I guess because of America's warped view of APBTs, a lot of people said he was small for a Pit Bull!
