Pigs Ears Best Toy Ever

Dunno if this has ever been mentioned before but pigs ears are an absolutely amazing toy for a young pup, not the dried ones out a pet shop but a proper pigs lug from a butcher will keep your pup occupied for hours on end. young pups can tear away at the fleshy sinew on them and bite and chew the leathery ear. They instinctively play shake and tear at them tossing them in the air etc. Once a pups second set of teeth come through they will just demolish and eat them in minutes from about 5 months or so. until then they are a proper all round treat.

I've only ever tried the dry ones and didn't like them at all. But the proper one's sound fantastic! Gonna have to pick up some

Give them a try you will never go back, was an old guy that put me onto them years ago and every pup I've had has loved them.

Hmm, Daisy's had dried ones but I'd never even thought about real ones, maybe I'll pop to the butchers and see if they have them!

Like the other guys i have only ever tried the dried ones, think a trip to my local butcher is in order :-)

All my butchers round here are Halal so no pigs ears for me How much did you manage to get an ear for?

Only tried the dry ones. Might give it a go, but since Loki's older now, I doubt it'd last long

OO thanks for the tip! I found the dry one's which dukey LOVES!! gave him the most disgusting smelling rear end so we had to stop.

Rockys had the dried ones but never seen fresh ones. Hope pigs know how to clean their ears, do you think they use a Q tip ?

we give raw ones often and they don't last 5 minutes
