If you look at her in her early films, such as Pirates of the Carribbean, she was a relatively healthy size. Judging from press and rumours, it sounds like she's developed an eating disorder anyway due to pressure to lose weight from producers and agents. Not nice.

Well actually, she could still be alive if she actually was that thin. That's one of the most horrible parts of eating disorders. Though she would be extremely unhealthy, there are some very extreme eating disorders out there.

I know somebody with an eating disorder. I was just listing a couple of the possible contributing factors.
