is alfie crossed with a crocodile ?

Post by mikecoupe on Fri Feb 25, 2011 5:54 pm

alfie loves playing tug of war with me with anything we can both get a grip on, but if i lift him up so his back legs are on the floor with front legs off he will flip himself round like a crocodile doing a death roll, i know its because he is trying to get me to let go but ive never seen a dog do it before, does anyone elses? Smile

Molly's like this, she also pauses and regains her energy, before thrashing around again.

Ha ha, same here, although I can't hold her up for long anymore she's too heavy.

I try to avoid playing tuggy tug as i call it with Harley as he's so strong he's likely to land me on my big fat a**e. But the times i have he does the same thing, i think it's how they try to gain more power.

Yes! Bandit did it & Dempsey does it. I used to be able to hold on to Bandit, but I can't with dempsey!
