My staffy loves every dog she shees

I have a one and a half year old staffy. She is a happy loving dog, but she loves all other dogs too. She is so excited she wants to play with every dog she sees and she greets them with such enthusiasm it freaks them out. Then when they don't plan, she kind of punches them with her nose. She is an agressive player, and will roll arould on her stomach and try to play. How do you get her to approach other dogs more gentle and not be such an enthusiastic greeter??

Maybe start off by walking her with other dogs and then as Janey says, only let her approach other dogs when she is calm. She needs to learn proper dog etiquette from other dogs. If you have access to a training class, it may be a good place to start.
