Was reading this in todays paper!

arrgghhh not another one, what is going on

the government wont allow this to carry on

some things gonna have to be done,these attacks are nearly on a daily basis,not a good week for our breed.what could the government do steve?

OMG this is certainly a bad week for us all, think we should start getting prepared for yet more legislations ???

Poor woman & dog - I hope they're ok.

It was so much better when I first got Bandit back in the early 80s. Nobody had really heard of staffs unless you were in the show world, and you never heard of them attacking anybody.

Wrong people got hold of them & this is what has happened.

You would imagine there will be more legislation, there will be a growing expectation that "something" should be done to try and stop these incidents happening.

Its getting ridiculous now, the government are going to be under serious pressure to do something soon

Lets just hope its something silly like a licence , I will not lose my dogs and I don't want to have to do stupid things like muzzle them either when there is no need, I'd be devastated to have to walk around with Tilly in a muzzle , and so would Tilly , how would she eat her grass and lick people.

That may be so Steve , and the only way they will get something that works is to educate people , round up all the trophy dog owners and shoot the lot of them. But the government won't do that so if they decide a licence is the way then I will be happy to go along with it as my best option because they could do a lot worse, I know we've discussed it many times , but it's what they think when they don't know what they are on about , rather than ask a bunch of level headed staffie enthusiasts

I hate hearing stuff like this, it'll be our Staffy's next to get the ban and that sure isn't happening!
The APBT is a wonderful breed of dog that got banned due to being in the hands of wrong and irresponsible people.
