omg, it's horrible to see a puppy that scared. So good that he has found a home. I work with someone who's friend adopted a german shepherd that was skin & bone and wouldn't look at people. Its great to hear how he is coming along. It's taken a long time but he will now sit beside people to get patted

Heartbreaking

that picture wants to make you cry. to be so skinny and frightened is heart breaking. there are some sick mean individuals in this world. good luck to the poor wee thing hope his life is better and happy from now on. who ever takes it will have their hands full but what a rewarding job it will be to see him transform from this to a happy dog one day.
