How much rice?

Blondy weighs 4.3KG how much 100% Grain rice would you say she need a day of course it'll be mixed with her medicated food.

I'm not sure you could get an exact amount, because it's used as a gentle filler. Just cook some & add it to her food. If she eats it all you can add a little more. Just play it by ear as it were!

is it boil in the bag rice?

Just started adding rice to moo's meals (brown wholegrain) and was gonna ask the same, but really its just padding out what you usually feed. I've been giving a cup full, (was gonna give an amount but its measured for me in a royal canin diet, they give you the cup sizes) use your head really, as long as they are getting all there vitamins then they will eat it, but dont overdo it, use your instinct, they will generally eat what u feed them. I'm sorry thats very general but I tend to play it by ear.

I know how much to give her general and if she is looking for food then give some more, but i'm very OCD when it comes to knowing exact measurements.
