i need to stop drinking at the weekend

i do so well in the week & at the weekend i eat to much after i had a few beers I dont want to s

i think i may have to knock the beer on the head till i can get the weight i wanting Crying or Very sad

i think this is going be harder than packing up smoking lol Laughing

It isn't easy, but the drink will pile on the pounds anyway! Alcohol is full of 'empty' calories - calories that your body CANNOT use & so they are stored as fat.

steve you will crack up if you dont have your weekend unwind
just make sure you have a nice healthy filling meal before you start on the red stripe and dont have any junk food on hand.

i had a big healthy meal before i had a drink on frinday night but i still end up eating 4 cheese sandwich & 2 sausage rolls after i had all my cans Sad

I know what you mean - you have a couple of beers & you get SO hungry!

You don't need to cut it out completely, just cut down a bit. Have something handy to snack on that won't hurt your weight though - some fruit or something low fat (ie yoghurt) or some savoury rice.

there's only one answer to your problem Steve, after you have your beers and junk food go for a 5 mile run, that will knock it off you one way or another, you'll either puke your guts up or burn off the calories either way its a win win situation rolling on the floor
