molly i had a friend that used to cut lemons and keep them next to his dog when he slept and the dog never ever peed again cause i think in general they hate the smell of lemon.. even a few days ago on tv they did an experiment where they brought a few dogs and kept them in the room for a few hrs.. 2 of them peed and the next day the same thing happened.. on the third day they brought the dogs but changed the environment by cutting a lot of lemons and spreading them around the room.. in a few hrs they returned and gosh al dogs held themselves from the lemon smell where it stimulates their mind in some kind of a way.. u should give it a try and hopeit works out with u.. wish u all the best Big grin

Interested to read about this lemons thing. I have a foster dog here at the moment who can't be neutered for a while due to recovering from a broken pelvis and he keeps marking his territory all over the house - off out to buy some lemons now to see if it works Big grin
When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Then find someone whose life has given them vodka, get together and have a party!

I guess lemons are worth a try!!

Hanna mastered the doggie dog on day one, clever girl, thats because she was chasing Roxy around everywhere, and Roxy ran outside to get away from her!! We only had probably 3 puddles inside during the day, and thats my fault, had closed the door and couldnt get out!! But we are wee free now!!

Good luck with the lemons!!
