Cant stop cheeko from wanting to bite other dogs!!!! help

Hi

I have a 15 month old male SBT "Cheeko"

I have tried to be as social with him as possible, tried puppy school and parks.

He is the best dog around people and young children but as soon as he sees another dog its all on! i try to make him sit and wait! this is very embarassing!

He doesnt even wait to have a sniff he just trys to bit the snout of the poor oncoming dog!

Cheeko was raised with another SBT that was already 2 years old and they got along fine!

I dont know what else to try! Dog trainers say to be social! hmmmm

How long have you had Cheeko?
Where is the SBT he was raised with now?
If poss have you tried a meet with his old Pal?

I have had Cheeko since he was only a few weeks old as his mum died at birth!

Cheeko was raised with my other 2 year old staff and they are best friends! sadly i had to give up the 2 year old! :-(
Now i am left with cheeko.

Cheeko is gorgeous, are you still going to training classes ?

without actually seeing the behaviour it would be almost impossible to advise upon, first you need to know what he is doing, why and what he gets out of it..THEN you can start thinking of solutions
