i need a new friend

hi, i was just wondering if anyone knows were i can get a new staffie. i have a we bitch at the minute and ive had her from 8 weeks old. Cati is now 2 but is having some serious problem and she might have to be put asleep. its breaking both mine and my wifes heart as the dog is really attached to my wife from she fell pregnent. there is no other dog i want for my child to grow up with apart from a staffie.
can anyone help me please, xoxo

We have a fabulous brindle male staffy, great with other dogs and great with kids up for rehoming. The dog is here in Ireland but if you could find a rescue to offer back up, we could look at rehoming over there

What I mean is that, as we're based in Ireland it's not possible for us to pop over to do a home check. However, if you can find a rescue local to you that would be prepared to homecheck on our behalf and offer a back up should anything go wrong, then it would be possible to rehome him to you.

I see you're in Northern Ireland. I didn't realise that. We may be able to do a homecheck in the North if required as it's only a couple of hours in a car and easier to get the dog back if it doesn't work out.

cheers karen. i jus left my dog up to the vet there now so my wife is a bit upset, this would be great for her. hopefully Cati comes back though when she gets better.

Hope she makes a full recovery David. It's terrible to hear about her being so sick so young.

I have been in your situation before, try to remember the good times.
I am sure though being so young will help the dog make a faster and better recovery !

thanks for all the support guys. was on the phone to the vet and things are all clear, we are getting her home tonight hopefully although in my mind i think something is badly wrong as she cant walk on her back legs after sittin down and has lost alot of weight. we miss her so much fingers crossed she will be fine, xoxo
