Help needed if possible

Hi Tracie from Staffie Rescue here we have a man that has a staffie and he has landed in hospital. His friend is looking after the dog but she is unable to walk him. The SSPCA have been called because the dog's not getting walked.Is there anyone here that can help? Charlie is a neutered male but is not good with other dogs. If you can help please get in touch. He is a very strong dog but loving and friendly to people. The man really loves his dog and doesn't want to give him up.
